Forest City Beer Fest Presents: 'Barhopping Into History Walking Tour'

Featuring author Kym Wolfe as your guide to London's historic pubs

Friday, August 14th, 7:15 pm departing from Attic Books

240 Dundas st - $15 ticket (includes walking tour and a pint at the final stop)

Limited to 15 persons per tour. Click here to buy tickets directly from Kym Wolfe's website

Starts at Attic Books at 7:15 p.m., ends at Chaucer's Pub. Along the way we'll view some of  London's oldest surviving taverns & heritage buildings now operating as bars.  Learn about local brewing, bars and other interesting historic trivia.

Following the success of last summer's five sold-out Tavern Tours, Kym is back with a new route, based on the bars highlighted in the book "Barhopping Into History". How did taverns survive prohibition? Why was London a health tourism destination in the late 1800s? Where was Whiskey Row? Join Kym for a pleasant stroll, an enjoyable social evening...and you just might learn something!
